Do we need to come to your centre? / Are there extra cost associated with Home collection?
You can avail free home services. We are charging no extra charges for home collection.
How and when will I receive my reports?
Most of the reports are mailed by evening. Hard copies are couriered or hand delivered based on location. Some test require more time and are reported as per their TAT (turn-around time).
What area you are covering?
Currently we are serving entire New Delhi, Gurugram (Gurgaon), Faridabad, Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad.
We intend to increase our geographical presence soon.
How our test are accurate and affordable?
All the samples are processed at NABL accredited ,fully automated Labs. All the samples are barcoded to avoid mismatch. We have a team of trained, experienced and dedicated members.
Affordability comes from high volume, Cost efficiency and Low mark-up.
